Petite Interview de Joachim par le turnmills de Londre.

Hello Joachim!

Where in the world do we find you today, and most importantly how are you mate?
I'm in my SpaceShip based in secret area in Paris !!

We’re really looking forward to having you make your debut at our party on the 2nd. We’ve heard lots of good things about you and your hectic dj sets. However you’re not too much of familiar face on the DJ circuit over here at the moment, what can our crowd expect from a typical Joachim Garraud set?
First, i'm really happy to come and play for the first time in London. My sound can be electro to techno, I have a classical music background from the french conservatoire, but don't let that fool you, what it has done is allow me to integrate live bits in my gigs, through the use of a "keytar"... Playing the keyboard live is one of the ways I communicate with the crowd and add to a DJ set that requires 3 CDJs a personal touch!

We know you as a studio whizz kid and International DJ, If you never got into DJing what would you have liked to have done instead?
May be Astronaut or Comedian !!

We know you’re rather keen on UFO’s… How many Alien Masks do you own?
I'm a collector, fan of the space goodies !! I have around 20 differents Alien Masks at home. My kids love visiting my musical room !!

You play all over the world, name some of your favourite clubs to play at and why?
Cavo paradisio in Mikonos Greece : Play until the sunrise with 3000 people half naked going from the swimming pool to the dancefloor is something cool !

Ageha in Tokyo Japan : This is a hudge place : in the morning this is a tv show recording area, during the afternoon this is a skate and roller dancing area and a very cool place to make japaneses dancing during the night ! The soundsystem is amazing.

Amnesia in Ibiza Spain : The temple of Techno , this place is magic and the crow follow the dj into his trip !! love it !!

Loveparade in Berlin : live performance in front of 1million people = 100%crazy vibes, amazing looks, really funny party in the street.

I know you probably get asked this all the time, but we’d like to know about what sort of music really gets you going…
Techno is my music family for sure, i love very deep beats and groovy bassline, everything else is not neccessary to make people dancing !

Et bien on peut dire que ça a le mérite de ne ressembler à aucune autre interview de Joachim.
Il a très bien dévié la question sur Sarkozy, et à répondu avec beacoup d'humour et toujours dans le trip SI.
