voila je viens de réaliser un track, et un label veut la signer ( ce sera ma première track de signée !),
problème je comprends pas grand chose au contrat qui est écrit en anglais ...
En gros voila ce que ça dit :
Our proposed terms are as follows:

Territory: Benelux plus export
Term: 5 (five) years plus 6 month sell-off
Royalty 1CD: 18% ( Eighteen percent) on net PPD pro-rata on number of tracks
Royalty Downloads 50% of our net receipts pro rata on number of tracks
Format: 1CD / bundle download as full only
PPD:

Track/s Name:
Accounting: twice a year within 90 days after September 29th / December 29st
Release date:
Record club/mail order: 50% (fifty percent) of the otherwise applicable royalty rate,
based on the price accounted to us
Reserves: 10% of sales, which will be liquidated with the next accounting period
Grant of Rights: Exclusive, compiles, manufactures, distribute, sell, promote,
Advertise, in respect of The Album only.
Special provisions: You guarantee to be the owner/rights holder and can grant the rights hereunder to us. All 3rd Party samples and covers, if any, are cleared

Distribution Fees
Deux Minds Records shall pay to artist Fifty Percent (50%) of all NET receipts received by Deux Minds Records from its licensees deriving from sales of the Recordings to end consumers. For any change after a release and/or song has been submitted that is at fault of the artist, $5.00 US Dollars per incident will be deducted from the statement.

- Accountings
A. Deux Minds Records shall render to artist an accounting on a quarter basis, thirty-five (35) to forty-five (45) days after quarter end, accompanied by payment of any amounts due. Any balance due under $200.00USD (aggregated for all Licensees) shall be rolled into the following quarter and paid only when the balance exceeds this amount.

C'est juste ca le contrat?
Il n'y a pas de partie sur les droits d'auteurs? sur la cession de tes droits sur le morceau, la durée etc?

Désole de ne pouvoir t'aider je ne m'y connait pas assez en contrat, par contre, ta démarche est très bien et pro, les contrats sont a lire scrupuleusement

voici la partie ou il me semble qu il parle de ça :

Deux Minds Records shall (a) solicit and service the licensees, (b) secure the encoding of each Recording in format(s) required by the licensees, (c) process the delivery of the recordings to the licensees, and (d) collect amounts due from the Licensees. Deux Minds Records does not guarantee placement of the recordings with any licensee and Deux Minds Records reserves the right to reject distribution of any recording in its discretion. Deux Minds Records has limited ability to place any recordings for which it is not granted worldwide rights by the label.

In connection with exploitation of the recordings contemplated hereunder, label shall be solely responsible for (a) all record royalties due to artists, producers and other persons who performed in the making of the recordings and other royalty participants, (b) all royalties due to any party as a result of samples included in the recordings (c) all payments that may be required under collective bargaining agreements applicable to Label and its affiliates, and (d) all music publishing licenses and royalties including synchronization and digital mechanical licenses and royalties.

Outside of the United States, Deux Minds Records customarily requires the licensees to secure and pay for music publishing licenses (and such license fees may or may not be deducted by the licensee concerned from the proceeds payable to Bo Deux Minds Records). If with respect to any licensee outside of the United States Deux Minds Records is not able to do so, Deux Minds Records shall have the right, at its option, to either (i) decline to license such licensee, or (ii) assume the responsibility to clear and pay for the music publishing licenses required in connection with such licensee's sales, which license fees Deux Minds Records shall have the right to deduct from royalties payable to label hereunder.

Oui pas de soucis, du coup en même temps si ça peut en aider d'autre qui auront plus tard le même "soucis" ce que je souhaite à tous les gens du forum (si le contrat est bon bien entendu!)
